綠殼青口是紐西蘭獨有品種，它在紐西蘭南島頂部的原始水域以可持續方式養殖 
青口懸掛在繩索上，自然進食，不受干擾  收穫時它們鎖住貝殼，每隻可容納約1茶匙海水。
Omega會進行檢查、清洗並刮去外側的鬍鬚。
接下來將它們裝在經 USFDA 批准 - 不含BPA的塑料袋中真空包裝，
並在高溫高壓鍋（工業壓力鍋）中烹煮 
青口味道極鮮美，純天然無添加，
青口殼已經清洗  直接把包裝放入水中加熱幾分鐘即可享用，方便快捷 
冷藏溫度：-18°C或以下
