將豆腐、山藥、薑切件,挪威三文魚頭撒鹽備用。熱鍋加入油和鹽,放入魚頭以大火煎香,然後加檸檬汁和水。水滾後放入大棗、枸杞、薑、蔥,加蓋大火滾5分鐘,再改以中火滾3分鐘,就可以加入人參。湯變成白色後,撈出鍋中浮沫,最後按個人口味加入鹽、糖、胡椒粉調味即可。
